That hill appears to have a very similar profile to the one at Bridal Veil/Benson St. Park when viewed from what is now St. Cloud, Washington.
Correction: after messing around in Google Maps, I think it’s a little further upriver than St. Cloud.
This is a bit east of Dalton Point, on the Oregon side. If you zoom in and compare the mountain nearest the river, it looks like a good match:
