Chris I believe you are correct. The picnic tables in the background, and the girl who just exited the bus with the bag with the pattern on it matches the bag on the table in the Blue Lake Photo from VP on 2/4/2020

This looks like a nice summer family outing. The oldest daughter standing next to her mother is carrying the bulk of the days supplies. The mother has the youngest daughter firmly in hand. The middle daughter is goofing off as she exits the bus and the older sister and mother are thinking, “she’s gonna fall and hurt herself”.
