  1. Nice photo. Jolly Joans and Orpheum theater signs in the background. Note the CD air raid shelter sign there.

  2. In 1934 at the Jolly Joan, you could get baked halibut with potatoes and a roll for $0.15 and fresh huckleberry pie a la mode for $0.10.

  3. The March 14 photo of Broadway was taken at the same time. You can see the same couple of women approaching on the sidewalk.

  4. Another great pic of great ‘ol cars. Especially the 1961 Buick Electra 225 convertible. Came with a 401 “Naihead” V8 and 325 horsepower. The T-Bird is also very sweet!

  5. The 1963 Oldsmobile 98 Holiday Sport Sedan four door hardtop parked next to the 1963 Buick Electra 225 convertible is powered by a 394 cu in V8 pushing out 330 bhp.

  6. There might be two T-Birds in the photo, one in back of the ’64 being a ’56 or ’57. Can’t quite make it out.
