  1. What a beautiful park and gardens with the formal rose parterre, the only sunken rose garden in Oregon, and the exquisite music pavilion. One of my favorite places growing up; in Portland. Don’t live there now but hope they’ve kept it like it was in my boyhood.

  2. Love the park. I was there a week ago with my grand daughter. We saw a young man on a park bench giving himself what I think was an insulin shot. He had a rubber band around his arm and he was being very careful where he poked the needle. I asked him if he needed help, he said he needed money.
