  1. The sign across the street is that of Formost Dairy. I drank a lot of theirs and Alpenrose’s milk growing up.

    RE;Caryn If you look at cement paved roads of the 30’s-60’s they all have a black stripe in the middle of the lanes. Caused not only by leaking oil but also by the engines road draft tube pointed down at the road directing the engines blow by at the road.

  2. Cynthia, in Las Vegas they saved all the old signs and now have a Museum of Neon. Hopefully, a collector has this sign in a rec room somewhere!

  3. Dave J I think you are thinking of the Cameo Motel and Cameo Cafe which is a popular breakfast spot which are farther north on NE 82nd near NE Fremont.
