  1. Edge Lord, we know the answer don’t we? Blight and bigotry and big money. Same as what happened to the Corbett/Terwilliger/Lair Hill Neighborhood. Just because you’re poor doesn’t mean you don’t love and care for your neighborhood. We all can’t live in Eastmoreland or Portland Heights.

  2. 317 N Fremont would be the next block west. This house was likely demolished in favor of the apartment building now on that 1/2 block, built in ’69 according to Portland Maps. Any idea if this was property claimed by Urban Redevelopment? or just a commercial transaction?

  3. Looks like the owner in ’68 when the plumbing for the new apartments was going in was “Alpha Development”.
