Love the “horse ring” visible in the lower right hand corner on the curb. It’s neat to see these still around Portland.
I see nothing’s changed much in 100 years. It still takes 4 public employees to check the grade on the side of the road! The City that Works….

The absence of erosion control is killing me!
Just a guess at the location on Maywood based on the road curve and other features.

Looks to me only one person is checking the grade.
