Help Us Out!

Can anyone tell us where these houses with the rose lined sidewalk were located? The image comes from a souvenir book, 1915.

  1. another commenter here once told me many postcards labelled ‘portland’ are actually from california! he sent me some examples, but i’ve deleted the email sadly…

    bo, want to chime in?

  2. I walk by these homes on my dog walks at this location a couple times a week.
The location is between NE 25th and 26th. The wide parking strip accomodated a fine row of roses. With NW parking demands being what they are, the roses sadly serve as an impediment to the many cars coming BG and going. As well, I suspect once the original adjacent owners left the roses went into neglect and decline.
