  1. The large building behind the workmen has been restored and repurposed and is still there. The single story building on the left is the old Dirty Duck building and has been replaced with the new Blanchett House complex.

  2. Yeah, the large building behind them is a result and a victim of the pre-’08 bubble. It still sits vacant because nobody is convinced they can market that part of town to creative office users. The most recent deal fell through for that reason. Too bad. I really like the rehab it got.

  3. That is the Federal Building and looks like it has been significantly narrowed in the years since this photo. Today, it’s northern face is just past the large door with “Security” above it

  4. After looking at the aerial photo linked above, it appears that the portion in the right of the photo was actually a separate structure that has since been demolished.
