I missed this morning’s VP posting because I was in Seattle with my wife as she was interviewed on KING5’s NewDayNW program. Jerilyn wrote a book specifically aimed at military children to help them cope with problems arising from a parent’s deployment. It was a fantastic interview. Please take a look!

Congratulations to your wife on the publication of her book. Here’s to hoping that we have a speedy and enlightened end to the current wars, so Lily’s daddy and “Lily Hippo” can come home for good and to the benefit of Lily and us all. Many thoughts to mommy too as she struggles on the home front to keep Lily and “Rex” feeling safe and secure.
