Broadway Hotel, circa 1933

Built as the Broadway Hotel in 1913 on the northeast corner of NW Broadway at Burnside, the building is now known as the Helen M. Swindell Apartments. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Surprisingly, all the buildings seen in this photo still exist.

  1. Wow! Very few changes indeed. The corner market is now a mini mart. I cant refrain from drawing a snarky comparison about the current Embers at the extreme left as a former used car dealership.^-^

    Great photo Dan.
