Vintage Portland 
I believe this building is on SW Broadway and Ankeny. Current home to the world (in)famous Mary’s Club. If it’s the building I’m thinking of, the decorative detail at the top of the Broadway facing side (to the right) is now gone.
Full disclosure: I suspect I’m right about this not as a patron of Mary’s (not that there’s anything wrong with that;-), but because I work in Big Pink one block east. But, meh, I was wrong on the Commonwealth Building post, so I may be wrong here as well.
Yep, definitely Mary’s – service radio is now a corner convenience market. It was kinda obvious by the name of the photo though 🙂
